Job Overview

We are seeking a Team Leader to provide clinical and cultural support to a culturally diverse and multi-disciplinary team of staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery consistent with our Therapeutic Framework.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and cultural support to staff on complex cases.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and funding bodies.
  • Draft reports, review statistics, and contribute to management board reports.
  • Provide regular management supervision with staff and group case management reviews.
  • Provide training to staff on internal processes.
  • Represent the program at stakeholder and funding meetings.

What We Are Looking For

  • A strong leader and communicator with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with Senior Management on long-term goals.
  • The capacity to mentor staff, build team capability, and promote a solutions-focused mindset across the team.

Requirements

  • Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work/Sciences, Justice, or a related field.
  • Experience working with young people with complex needs, including intake, assessment, and case management.
  • Understanding of culturally appropriate, strength-based service delivery approaches.
  • In-depth understanding of community services and trauma-informed practice.
  • Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering culturally safe, high-quality services.
  • Strong skills in report writing, case coordination, and tender writing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a Justice Clearance via a National Criminal History Record Check.
