Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  • Sales and KPIs: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
  • Inventory Management: Process large volumes of stock, including receiving, storing, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Store Operations: Assist in maintaining the store's appearance, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
  • Team Leadership: Support the management team in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Order Fulfillment: Assist in processing click and dispatch orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Be available to work 38 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Culture Fit: Share our passion for streetwear and sneaker culture, and be able to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
  • Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated and willing to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and use feedback constructively.
