Director of Operations

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in cost consultancy and project management to drive our operations forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance standards.
  • Possess sound technical expertise in local Health and Safety rules and regulations relevant to our projects.
  • Champion a diverse and inclusive working environment and understand the importance of employee wellbeing.
Client Focus:
  • Lead on estimating, and cost planning including ownership of and presenting cost plans.
  • Lead the procurement process, ensuring stages including prequalification, enquiry, analysis, selection, and contract preparation are performed effectively.
  • Deliver cost management services to achieve strategic outcomes and KPIs, directly influencing business development plans.
Integrity:
  • Drive operations that are fiscally and ethically viable, influencing business objectives aligned with compliance obligations.
  • Collaborate towards net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions.
  • Commit to making a positive impact for our stakeholders and take ownership for holding others to the same standard.
