Clinical Coordination Role

Our organization seeks a skilled Clinical Coordinator to support primary health care staff in implementing quality improvement processes and clinical standards. The role will involve developing activities aligned with best practice and the Northern Territory Aboriginal Health Forum Endorsed CQI Model, as well as contributing to guideline development, policy interpretation, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support PHC staff in applying quality improvement processes and clinical standards.
  • Develop activities aligned with best practice and the NT Aboriginal Health Forum Endorsed CQI Model.
  • Contribute to guideline development, policy interpretation, and change management.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligible for same.
  • Proven advanced clinical knowledge and skills in Primary or Remote Health or related area.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
