We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Merchandising Associate to contribute to our team at the Jindalee Factory Outlet in Brisbane.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about sport, retail, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Merchandising Associate, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, optimizing store visual displays, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Achieve store sales and individual performance targets by effectively utilizing available store resources.
- Provide outstanding customer service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including window displays and in-store product arrangements.
- Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish fixtures to ensure full product representation on the sales floor.
- Promote the brand and values in an inspiring way.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong retail sales or customer service experience, motivation, energy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work across weekdays and weekends is essential. Please highlight your availability in your application.
