We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Delivery Representative to join our team at Capricorn, a leading Member-based financial services organisation in Australia and New Zealand.

We provide a range of products and services including trade credit, risk protection, equipment finance, trade events, travel services, fuel cards and more.

Last financial year, our Member purchases exceeded $3 billion.

Role Purpose

The Sales Delivery Representative will perform outbound calls and emails to potential and current Members and Suppliers to quantify them as sales leads, close out and transition from prospect to new Member for Area Managers and Supply Account Managers.

The ultimate goal is to promote awareness of Capricorn Society services and products, resulting in increased share of wallet.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office Software Suite;
  • Exposure to basic accounting principles (desirable);
  • Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities;
  • Demonstrated sales skills in a call centre environment;
  • Ability to multi-task updating systems whilst conversing over the phone.

Experience and Qualifications

You will have:

  • 2 years' experience within a Sales and Service oriented role;
  • Previous experience using CRM systems;
  • Previous experience in an outbound sales role highly desirable.
