We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacy Leader to join our team at Queensland Health.
The successful candidate will provide expert clinical pharmacy services, operational management, and strategic leadership in the development and maintenance of service-wide activities.
- Deliver high-level, generalist clinical pharmacy services with significant scope, including authoritative counsel as a recognised consultant within the HHS.
- Manage the Medical Team of Senior Pharmacists, Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Assistants, including performance appraisal and management of reporting staff.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to lead our pharmacy team and contribute to the advancement of healthcare through impactful research and training.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Participating in planning activities within the pharmacy department and clinical areas of responsibility.
- Aiding in the development and maintenance of service-wide activities, including the development of pharmacy services utilising review and improvement activities through collaboration.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree from a recognised tertiary institution (or equivalent).
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
