As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to join us as a Night Shift Hospitality Professional.

This exciting opportunity allows you to live onsite and utilize your exceptional customer service skills in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various responsibilities throughout the hotel from 10pm - 6am, on a rotating roster. Compensation accommodation is provided.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing efficient and professional service, ensuring a smooth check in for guests
  • Facilitating late arrivals for check in
  • Responding and managing emergencies in the building that occur after standard hours
  • Responding to noise complaints
  • Providing guest with assistance when necessary
  • Completing the after-hours call-out log book for all call-outs
  • Ensuring all information is handed over to the oncoming staff for the next shift

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within a Front Office/Customer Focused position within a Hotel environment
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and confidence
  • Professional presentation
  • Availability to live onsite and work night shift on an ongoing basis
