Construction Labourer Position

We are seeking skilled labourers to join our team in Melbourne.

This role involves assembling and installing various materials, including aluminium window doors, louvers and cladding.

  • As an assembler, you will be responsible for manufacturing and quality control of assembled products.
  • You will also perform general housekeeping tasks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • The ideal candidate must have experience with hand tools and power tools, including drop saws, hand drills and impact guns.

To be suitable for this role, you must:

  • Be able to read plans and CAD drawings.
  • Have experience with manual handling and lifting of heavy objects.
  • Be a good team player and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Be accurate and have great attention to detail.
  • Reliable and well presented.
  • Be able to manage time effectively.
  • Be a motivated individual with the ability to learn new tasks quickly.

This is a casual ongoing position offering weekly pay, fully paid training, free onsite parking and a great internal team environment.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, well-presented, accurate and able to work well in a team environment.

Working Hours:

  • Afternoon shift.
  • Day shift.
  • Morning shift.
