Job Description

The role of a vibrant educator involves building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators. The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.

The educator will provide assistance to other Educators in the room, maintain a positive working relationship with team members, and effectively communicate with parents. Additionally, they will actively contribute to the educational program, observations, and documentation using Kinderm8.

  • Completed Certificate III in Children services
  • Passion and commitment to complete a Diploma over a 2 year period
  • Current First Aid and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Current working with children check
  • The right to work in Australia

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and families.
