This position is focused on site electrification across WA assets. You will be working closely with multi-discipline engineering and project teams to ensure project progress.
About the RoleYou will review electrical designs and ensure adherence to required electrical standards. Develop and maintain project documentation to required standards, manage relevant equipment packages, and coordinate procurement/contracts with vendors. Work closely with the broader project team to ensure milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities- Review electrical designs and ensure compliance with electrical standards
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Manage equipment packages and coordinate procurement/contracts
- Work collaboratively with the project team to achieve project goals
- Proven experience in substations, power generation, and utilities
- Demonstrated experience in LV & HV electrical engineering within an Australian mining context
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- A competitive hourly rate plus superannuation
- A 6-month initial contract with a strong project pipeline for the coming years
- The opportunity to work on site electrification projects across WA assets
