The Role:

As a Seasonal Retail Specialist, you will be an integral part of our retail team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our stores are visually appealing and well-stocked. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing seamless point of sale service that is engaging and efficient.
  • Helping out with operational tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock.
  • Being involved in Visual Merchandising to keep our stores looking their absolute best.
  • Assisting customers in finding the perfect products for their homes.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • A love of beautiful homewares and all things Christmas.
  • High positive energy, confidence, and a can-do approach to team goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work during peak trading times, including evenings and weekends.
