Join Our Maintenance Team

We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance professional to join our facilities team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on buildings, plant and equipment, furniture, fittings, gardens, lawns, and carparks.
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and maintain asset acquisition and disposals in our maintenance management system.
  • Manage site vehicles and loading dock areas, collaborate with colleagues to develop effective budget planning strategies, and implement asset management initiatives.
  • Purchase and order equipment in accordance with organizational policies and report resident and staff complaints regarding maintenance services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in preventative and reactive maintenance systems.
  • Hands-on property maintenance experience and understanding of operational processes.
  • Experience managing property-related contractors and a valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Fire Safety Officer training (or willingness to undertake).
