About the Role
We're seeking a Liquor Team Associate to join our team at BWS. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our products.
Main Responsibilities
- You'll actively engage with customers, sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments that our customers will remember.
- You'll be an advocate for our loyalty programs, informing customers about our benefits and product offerings.
- You'll ensure our shelves are always stocked with a wide range of products, giving our customers the best choices available.
- You'll maintain a safe and clean environment for our customers and colleagues, upholding our high standards for customer service and store presentation.
- You'll be responsible for adhering to our service of alcohol guidelines, ensuring a responsible and enjoyable experience for our customers.
- You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working autonomously and as part of a team to achieve our goals.
About You
- You'll have excellent communication skills, able to confidently and authentically engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
- You'll have good availability across the day, evenings, and weekends, ensuring you can work a variety of shifts to meet our business needs.
- You'll be able to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.
- You'll have a genuine interest in learning and developing your product knowledge, staying up-to-date with our latest products and promotions.
- You'll be motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and contributing to our team's success.
- You'll be comfortable with increasing your daily step count, as you'll be on your feet for most of your shift.
