Compassionate Aged Care Professionals Sought for Victoria South
We are committed to delivering exceptional care and support services to our valued customers. As a Home Care Worker with KinCare, you will play a vital role in enabling older members of our community to live independently at home.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team. Your day will be filled with a range of tasks designed to promote the health, wellbeing, and safety of our customers, including:
- Providing domestic assistance, such as cleaning and laundry
- Assisting with meal preparation and shopping
- Social support and access to lifestyle activities
- Respite and emotional support
- Social support and transport to appointments
- Complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia
You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through extensive paid training programs, which may include accelerated learning programs to gain professional qualifications (Cert 3).

To succeed in this rewarding role, you will need:
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
- An understanding of customer service principles and the ability to work independently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
