We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to individuals in their homes.
As a Home Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in your local community and work in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care and domestic assistance;
- Transport individuals to appointments and engage them in activities of daily living;
- Provide medication reminders and support individuals with daily tasks;
You will be working closely with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
Requirements- Certificate III in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services;
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check;
- Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate;
- Smart mobile phone and reliable transportation;
- Driver's licence and willingness to drive clients to appointments.
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
