About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced and passionate pharmacist to lead our community pharmacy team.
  • As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for preparing prescriptions accurately and in compliance with the highest healthcare standards.
  • You will also develop your staff members, provide active counselling and guidance to customers, and uphold QCPP and relevant policies and procedures.
  • Additionally, you will ensure that displays and shelves are clean and neat, coordinate stock movement, and monitor, order, and replenish stock as required.
  • As a leader in health delivery, you will practice in accordance with legislation and professional guidelines.
  • You will also counsel consumers on their medication, collaborate and maintain relationships with local health professionals, and perform simple extemporaneous compounding on request.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $55.00 – $60.00 per hour.

Requirements:

  • A current General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA.
  • Experience leading a pharmacy or dispensing team.
