Roster Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Roster Management Specialist to join our team. This is a contract role with an immediate start, working full-time until December with potential extension.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities- Support Efficient Rostering Practices
- Administer UKG Pro System, including template and workload adjustments.
- Resolve Issues and Provide Feedback to stakeholders.
- Perform Data Audits and Generate Reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Test New System Features and contribute to implementing updates.
- Build Collaborative Relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to Team Morale by participating in activities and supporting colleagues.
About You:
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven Administrative Experience, including excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail for data accuracy and compliance.
- Analytical Skills for problem-solving and developing effective solutions.
- Strong Time Management Abilities to handle high workloads and meet deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new systems and technologies.
- Experience in Building Relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Workforce Management Systems (e.g., UKG Pro) and understanding of rostering and workforce planning.
