Optimise Rostering Practices with HOBAN Recruitment

We are seeking a highly skilled Roster Management Specialist to join our team. This is a contract role with an immediate start, working full-time until December with potential extension.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Efficient Rostering Practices
  • Administer UKG Pro System, including template and workload adjustments.
  • Resolve Issues and Provide Feedback to stakeholders.
  • Perform Data Audits and Generate Reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Test New System Features and contribute to implementing updates.
  • Build Collaborative Relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Team Morale by participating in activities and supporting colleagues.

About You:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Administrative Experience, including excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail for data accuracy and compliance.
  • Analytical Skills for problem-solving and developing effective solutions.
  • Strong Time Management Abilities to handle high workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new systems and technologies.
  • Experience in Building Relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Workforce Management Systems (e.g., UKG Pro) and understanding of rostering and workforce planning.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
