Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing raw materials at the best possible cost, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, and effectively managing stock levels across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, experience in procurement, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase raw materials efficiently while ensuring supply security
  • Evaluate and manage suppliers according to quality standards
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve annual savings
  • Process purchase orders accurately and on time
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum stock controls
  • Develop and implement effective stock control procedures
  • Reconcile stock movements and production returns daily
  • Provide timely stock updates to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
  • ERP system knowledge (with preference for Winman)
  • Excellent stock control and analytical abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Excel and data tools
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, quality-focused, and adaptable
