This Residential Services Associate position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Excel Building Management. As a key member of our concierge team, you will be responsible for providing 5-star service to residents and their guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional front desk services, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing visitor movements.
  • Assist the Building Manager and Head Concierge with issues related to by-laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing, and database maintenance.
  • Monitor relevant movements of visitors, service providers, and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds.
  • Distribute and secure all resident keys, security devices, and parcels or dry cleaning.
  • Complete internal and external patrols to ensure the safety and security of the property and its residents.
  • Respond to emergencies and complete incident reports as necessary.
  • Maintain the tidiness and presentability of entryways and lifts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong ability to build rapport with residents and cooperative relationships with the team.
  • Front of house or customer service experience.
  • Proven quality written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel, database management systems, and email.
  • Availability to work overnights, including Saturday and Sunday shifts from 11pm to 7am, plus additional shifts on weekdays when available.
