Culinary Apprenticeship Opportunity

This apprenticeship presents a chance to work under experienced chefs in a fast-paced industry.

You will be working full-time while studying for a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, and upon successful completion, you will be a qualified chef.

The apprenticeship term is 3 years, during which you will work with host employers, learning essential skills and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with meal preparation and cooking
  2. Manage kitchen operations, including stock control and ordering
  3. Maintain health and safety standards, including food hygiene and sanitation
  4. Work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
  5. Adhere to recipes and menu guidelines
