We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to join our dynamic Pharmacy division at Pitcher Partners Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take their career to the next level.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a sophisticated client base, preparing and being integral to complex accounting and taxation engagements. As a regular point of contact for clients, you will ensure consistency in exceptional client service. You will also collaborate as part of a team and work with Managers and Partners towards client success.

We are looking for someone who is degree-qualified and in the process of completing their CA/CPA qualification. You will have relevant expertise as an Accountant in a business advisory environment, with experience in preparing GST, FBT, and payroll tax returns. You will also have experience in most aspects of accounting and tax compliance, including preparation of financial statements, tax reconciliations, income tax returns, and tax effect accounting for companies, trusts, and tax consolidated groups.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business, majoring in Accounting (dual degree with Law desirable)
- Able to understand client needs and exhibit a high level of client service
- Experience with common client accounting software packages (i.e. MYOB and Xero), and larger enterprise products (an advantage)
- Well-refined oral and written communication skills
- Comprehensive Microsoft Excel skills and ability to efficiently work with large datasets
Pitcher Partners Australia offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
