About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at AnglicareSA. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to our dedicated Care Workers, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality nursing care to residents through assessment and care planning, ensuring their needs are met at the highest standard.
  • Act as a role model to other staff, providing coaching and mentoring where required.
  • Lead from the front and delegate tasks appropriately amongst staff.
  • Maintain a strong resident focus and an empathetic and compassionate approach with residents and families.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Nursing (or equivalent).
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care.
  • Ability to lead your colleagues, and build effective relationships with residents, and their families.
