Role Overview:

The Creative Strategist will be a key contributor to our creative studio, driving strategic objectives and creative visions across various projects and platforms. With a background in brand/campaign strategy, production, or account management, you'll collaborate with clients and internal creative leads to develop unique brand experiences that align with our organization's goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Creative Leads, Managers, Artists, and other partners to drive strategic initiatives and R&D programs.
  • Facilitate creative sessions, partner with stakeholders, and guide them in defining campaign positioning.
  • Develop and share ownership over project-driven company-wide relationships.
  • Support teams across all facets of a campaign, providing guidance, positivity, and problem-solving.
  • Maintain consistent internal communication with Creative Leads, providing clear and concise copy editorial support for Creative presentations.
  • Review creative work with a strategic lens, ensuring our output meets essential messaging and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the video games or entertainment industry, supporting multiple platform development teams.
