About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Regis Sunraysia. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence and dignity
  • Provide proactive care that creates special moments and enriches daily life for our residents
  • Manage medication delivery according to our protocols and procedures, with accurate documentation of medication plans and progress notes
  • Work closely with the team to deliver resident-focused continuity of care models that meet Regis Aged Care best practice
About You

We are looking for a collaborative and flexible team member who possesses:

  • Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognized equivalent qualification
  • Current AHPRA Registration (Nursing)
  • Flexibility in availability
  • Understanding or ability to learn the attributes of the AN-ACC funding system
  • Experience in complex nursing clinical services and/or aged care setting, hospitals, or community care
