Job Overview

The People & Culture Partner will play a pivotal role in delivering HR excellence and partnering across the business. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this newly created role will focus on talent acquisition, human resources initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Talent Acquisition Management
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles.
  • Design and execute On Deck's talent acquisition strategies and methodologies.
  • Promote the company's culture and values to enhance employer brand presence.
  • Manage the onboarding process and ensure a seamless candidate journey from application to onboarding.
Generalist Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of HR and change management initiatives.
  • Contribute to the management of the performance review and goal setting process.
  • Implement training programs and identify suitable training partners.
  • Support the execution of culture initiatives, including management of engagement surveys and exit interviews.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support for managers and employees across all facets of People & Culture.
Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, requiring management of all People and Culture related activities.
  • Strong experience in recruitment and managing talent acquisition pipelines.
  • Sound knowledge of Employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and business engagement skills.
