Job Role

Clinical supervisors are sought to provide impactful therapy services to individuals with disabilities. The role involves working in diverse settings such as homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centers.

  • Utilizing assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving goals and maximizing funding.
  • Building meaningful relationships with participants and their support networks (family, carers, friends).
  • Developing and implementing behaviour support plans with function-based strategies using a positive behaviour support framework.
  • Conducting functional behaviour assessments.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.
  • Participating in weekly team meetings to share impact stories and foster team camaraderie.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification (bachelor's, master's or graduate diploma) and appropriate registration. They must be deemed a Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and have at least 12 months experience in the field. A positive attitude, strong communication skills and commitment to personal and professional development are essential.
