About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UX Designer to join our Design Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a capable and experienced designer to take on a leadership role in shaping the user experience of our entire portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be a design pioneer with a passion for changing hearts and minds, able to tackle complex challenges with ease and drive results through effective project management.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of leading teams, mentoring designers, and delivering high-quality designs that meet business objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop innovative solutions that delight users.

You will also have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills as a leader, working with our globally distributed Design Team to shape the future of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design process from concept to launch, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define design direction.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and coaching to help them grow professionally.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, tools, and processes to support efficient design workflows.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
