Role Overview:

As a STEM educator and coding teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and present RoboThink centers to create an engaging learning environment.
  • Prepare classrooms for lessons, ensuring optimal conditions for students' growth and development.
  • Lead interactive sessions with children aged 5-15 during school holidays and after-school classes.
  • Develop effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Clearly explain coding concepts using our simplified software and step-by-step curriculum.
  • Deliver high-quality care and education to all students.
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions to stay updated on best practices.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background in coding, preferably block coding, Java, or Python. No tertiary qualifications required.
  • Passion for STEM education and hands-on learning approaches.
  • Strong ability to connect and communicate effectively with students and parents.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to innovative teaching methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
