Job Title:

Fund Relationship Manager

This is a key role in our market leading Funds/Financial Sponsors coverage team.

As Fund Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the relationship management and strategic direction of a large portfolio of high-profile Fund/Financial sponsor clients.

You will work with a high-performing team to deliver bespoke debt and non-debt financial solutions to our client base.

You will also collaborate with other areas of the bank to enhance ancillary business and maximise shareholder value.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Support the Client Director in managing client relationships and driving client advocacy
  • Collaborate with key product teams to deliver client outcomes and drive growth
  • Lead the execution of new Fund level debt financings from a documentation point of view
  • Assist the Client Management & Execution team with complex credit submissions when required
  • Manage risk and meet all policy and compliance requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Detailed sector knowledge ideally gained across the Funds/Financial Sponsors sector through relevant institutional banking experience or across Portfolio Management with proven credit writing skills
  • Proven track record of assisting client relationship management and driving client advocacy
  • Proven track record of originating ability that delivers revenue and returns
  • Commercial acumen and highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
