About the Role

This full-time permanent position offers a salary of $31.24 per hour, plus superannuation. You will work closely with our residents, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care that promotes dignity, respect, and autonomy.

What We're Looking For

  • A Min Certificate 3 qualification in either Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
  • A passion and energy for world-class care
  • Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
