Job Opportunity
Overview of the RoleAs a professional in hearing healthcare, you will be dedicated to providing top-notch services to clients. Your primary focus will be on delivering standardized hearing evaluations and ensuring that each client receives personalized care.
- Provide comprehensive audiological assessments and hearing evaluations to support clients in their hearing journey.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in hearing aid technology and provide recommendations to clients based on their specific needs.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure they receive appropriate care and post-care solutions are recommended.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Being a graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program.
- Maintaining registration with CASLPO (College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario) or AHIP (Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario) in good standing.
- Possessing a working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience.
- Being an excellent communicator who can establish a professional rapport with clients and team members.
