We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our new General Medical Ward team as a Nursing Manager.
This key role involves providing clinical leadership, managing ward operations and fostering a collaborative environment that prioritises patient safety and quality outcomes.
The successful candidate will oversee nursing staff development, resource allocation and ensure adherence to clinical governance standards while maintaining excellence in service delivery.
- Degree-qualified Registered Nurse with current registration or eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
To be successful in this role, you will possess proven leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
