The Role

As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards in our production environment. This will involve operating high-speed machinery, performing changeovers, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for reading and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contributing to our approach of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and supervisors
  • Basic computer skills to operate production software and systems
  • Mechanical aptitude to operate and maintain production equipment
  • Teamwork to support colleagues and achieve production goals
  • Availability to work across 24-hour rotating shift patterns
  • Manufacturing experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • Ability to meet the requirements of Orora's pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
