As a key member of our dynamic, design-led studio team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of projects across the country. As National Design Lead, you will be responsible for driving design excellence and consistency across all studios nationally.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading design direction and guiding project visioning from concept to delivery. You will mentor and inspire designers at all levels, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the studio.

The Role:
  • Lead the creative direction of projects nationwide, ensuring seamless collaboration across studios.
  • Guide project visioning from concept to delivery, bringing ideas to life through effective project management.
  • Mentor and inspire designers at all levels, developing their skills and expertise to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in interior architecture or interior design, with a strong portfolio of work showcasing your expertise.
  • Proven leadership in creative direction and studio mentorship, with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Comfortable working at both strategic and conceptual levels, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
