Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with legislative and organizational requirements.
- Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Promote the Seqwater brand through participation in job fairs, events, and networking opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and interviewing, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Knowledge of and experience in Human Resources policies, recruitment best practice, and applicable employment legislation.
- Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience with medium to high volume recruitment.
- Proven success partnering with leaders throughout the recruitment life cycle in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on governance and compliance.
This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $104,668 - $115,102, plus 12.75% superannuation. Appointment to this role is subject to a national police check and may be subject to other medical/character requirements.
