Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Veterinarian to join our team at Rau Animal Hospital. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to pets while ensuring an exceptional client experience. Your primary duties will include performing physical examinations, diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures, and communicating effectively with clients to determine their needs and wishes.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine client needs and wishes through effective communication.
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures.
- Explain examination findings and present treatment plans to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine.
- Maintain accurate client/patient records.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university and licensure in good standing to practice in the state where applying. Excellent interpersonal skills, professional comportment, and a positive attitude are also essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
