Project Technical Lead Role

We are seeking a senior Mechanical Engineer to lead project delivery, expand client relationships, and drive business development initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of client engagement and project leadership, as well as experience in managing multiple projects at varying stages of delivery.

  • Lead client-facing project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Assist with business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new project opportunities and nurturing long-term client partnerships.
  • Manage internal design teams and oversee engineering assessments across complex, multi-client projects.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, client presentations, and strategic meetings to enhance market presence.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a design consultancy environment. They will also possess strong technical knowledge in Mechanical Building Services, including Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) design experience on building projects.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a design consultancy environment.
  • Proven experience in leading client-facing project delivery and expanding client relationships.
  • Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of delivery.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical Building Services, including HVAC design experience on building projects.
