Role Overview

We are a leading engineering consulting and contracting organisation providing high-quality process engineering design and construction services to the resources and mineral processing industry.

Our projection for growth means we are actively looking for talented individuals across all areas of our business, including an experienced Structural Draftsperson.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on significant projects, designing and drafting structural fixed plant drawings for process plant design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce detailed drawings in accordance with client specifications and industry standards.
  • Design and draft drawings for constructability, manufacture, and suitability/availability of materials and vendor information.
  • Liaise with key project personnel to ensure design coordination of multi-disciplined activities.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in Structural Design with a minimum of 10 years' experience.
  • Experience in process plant structural design and materials handling.
  • Strong knowledge of drafting techniques, skills, codes, and standards, relevant by-laws, and standard industry practices.
  • Knowledge of current design and detail drafting principles.
  • Experience using TEKLA software.
