Business Process Improvement Specialist

Job Description
HiTech Group Australia Limited is seeking experienced Business Analysts to support the delivery of various ICT projects across its division, including Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with technical specialists to analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for evaluating solutions and translating business requirements into techno-functional requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and model current and future business processes and Information Management environments.
- Evaluate options for solutions and translate business requirements into techno-functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement activities and collaborate with technical specialists.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working on digital projects in an Agile environment.
- Ability to conduct investigations and undertake technical research based on policies and legislation.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for user story creation (desirable).
