We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Early Years Educator. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of learners, providing them with the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals.

The role involves working closely with learners who are studying for their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 qualifications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, creating engaging learning materials, and supporting learners through their studies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering training sessions to groups of learners
  • Creating and maintaining accurate records of learner progress
  • Providing individualised support to learners who require additional help
  • Collaborating with other members of the team to ensure that all learners receive the support they need

  • A salary of up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
