About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Support Worker. This rewarding role involves providing assistance and support to clients in their own homes, fostering independence and enabling older people to live every day with dignity.

As a Home Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in someone's life, building meaningful connections and developing strong relationships with clients and their families.

This is a mobile role, working within the Metro Southern and North-East Region, offering a flexible approach to work and a chance to experience different communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and domestic support to clients
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Supporting clients with mobility challenges, ensuring safe and easy access to their homes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • An ability to obtain a Police Clearance
  • A current Australian unrestricted driver's licence and a roadworthy vehicle that accommodates people with mobility challenges
  • Cert III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent demonstrated skills
