Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes by gathering and translating requirements, analyzing data, and supporting the delivery of digital solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to ensure solutions align with strategic goals and operational efficiencies.

You will play a key role in defining acceptance criteria, completing testing and verification, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user stories and business requirements. Your ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights will be essential in informing product and process enhancements that support broader business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering and documentation skills
  • Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience delivering BA and test artifacts aligned to Agile methodologies

A strong level of flexibility, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and influencing skills, is required to lead others successfully through cultural, process, system, and transformational change.
