Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Receive and process incoming stock, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management practices.
- Warehouse Operations: Safely handle products, adhere to all WH&S policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant Safe Working Practices (SWPs).
- Stock Management: Transfer stock to designated storage areas, pick stock, and organize it in the assigned picking lanes according to company procedures.
- Cycle Counts: Conduct cycle counts as required to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and implement improved and safer procedures, foster positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and strive to improve processes to maximize efficiency.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse facility.
- Qualifications: A valid LO license is a must, and prior warehouse experience is mandatory.
- Skills: Demonstrated commitment to safety, proficient in safe manual handling practices, meticulous attention to detail, and proven ability to multitask effectively.
