We are seeking an experienced travel professional to join our team in a brand new office in South Australia.

About the Role:

  • Research and design personalized itineraries for luxury clients.
  • Book and manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations and activities.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products and services to provide expert recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong research and planning skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
