Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple venues and services.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business needs and processes, as well as the ability to prepare and deliver concise reports and regular updates.

You will also have experience in sales, marketing or customer experience, with a solid knowledge of KPIs, budgets and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide excellent guest service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions to ensure team members are equipped to provide exceptional service

Skillset/Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others.

You should also have a strong understanding of operational systems and platforms, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
