Exercise Physiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our team in Orange, NSW. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work with clients with various physical and psychological conditions, providing occupational rehabilitation services to achieve return to health and work outcomes.
This is a unique opportunity to work with IPAR's innovative services, including the Re-thinking Recovery program, which utilizes virtual reality and modern pain science to help clients understand pain and re-train their brain and body.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Case management and applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
- Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
- Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals;
- Completing assessments using your clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills;
- Delivering the Re-thinking Recovery program.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology and registration with ESSA;
- Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Compassion, kindness, and empathy;
- Well-developed time management skills;
- A current NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
