Finance Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Support Specialist to join our team of finance professionals. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to patients and staff across all branches with banking and billing queries, as well as processing payments and health fund claims.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality customer service to clients via phone and email. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will ensure that you build strong relationships with our patients and colleagues.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry. You will possess exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy, and high-level data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from our Subiaco office. A flexible working arrangement may be considered for one day per week. This is a temporary role, covering parental leave, and will be based on the Subi train station.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to converse with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High-level data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
