About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Diesel Engineer to join our team at our Altona Workshop. As a Diesel Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our fleet of tankers, including Kenworth and Volvo vehicles.

The successful candidate will have a current Trade Certificate or equivalent, as well as prior experience in servicing fleet equipment. Knowledge of Cummins/Volvo engines, BPW, SAF, and Hendrickson suspension systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Servicing and maintaining fleet equipment, including Kenworth and Volvo vehicles
  • Performing minor and major repairs on our fleet of tankers, including suspension work
  • Working after hours breakdown roster
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and compliantly

Estimated Salary

Around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum based on experience, depending on the position type and level of responsibility.
