Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify care needs, and develop strategies to address them
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed
- Document patient progress, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes
